Leaving Bachelors in Grand Marais with a heart broken into a million pieces, Jon John Johnson is still in search of his forever person, and a global pandemic isn’t going to stop him. Follow along as he embarks on his journey to the journey to find love. It’s the most dramatic season yet, of Surfer Love.

Casting Details:

Attention female-identifying folks! Have you ever kind of wanted to audition for a Bachelor property, but had no desire to actually commit to the show? Here’s your time to shine. No Way Theatre is looking for people to submit short character auditions in the style of a Bachelor audition tape. Either come up with a character, or submit as yourself! Anything is fair game when it comes to casting a fake reality TV show.

Please send a short video (60 seconds or less) of your character (or you) explaining why they would be a great addition to the cast of Surfer Love: A Journey to the Journey to Find Love. These should not have any text, graphics, or music in them. Just a clean take of your character (or you) convincing the producers that you make good TV. That’s good TV, not great TV.

Submissions are due by 5 pm CT on December 11th, 2020. Send your videos to casting@nowaytheatre.com, with the subject line “Surfer Love Casting [Your Name]”. After your video is received you’ll be contacted by the director with next steps on the casting process.

The entire filming process for this project will be virtual. These roles are unpaid.
